Another nice addition to your body weight training routine are crawling exercises. Yes, crawl around like an animal. The bear crawl is a basic movement that will build your shoulders, triceps, legs and entire core area. Just crawl. Slowly at first until you can move quicker. It is kind of fun.
Theory is also of vital importance so that the child can progress to complex lessons easily. Instruments like metronome, although not recommended, need to be learned at some point of time. Theory is something that can only be taught at a music school by specialist teachers.
Conduct research and find a trail that works best for your child. What would your child like to see the most? What are their interests? Find a trail where you know your kid would be safe. This might seem like a no brainer, but Ive seen little ones on trails that had very steep inclines or cliffs that drop off.
