You could leave them at the pool all day, but they eventually need to come out of the sun and recover from the ultraviolet ray exposure. While shipping them off to day camp is a great idea, they still need something to do in the evening unless they have some great teachers who have assigned summer reading.
Usually, the frames for kids come in either plastic or metal. These days, the material is usually the same for adults and kids. Durability is extremely important as children will drop their eyeglasses a lot. Dont go only with plastic frames thinking they are a better choice for kids. You can find hypoallergenic materials and soft metals.
A good parenting must consider the understanding about the preschool period of child. According to studies, preschool period of childs life cycle is vital to convey awareness. In every country, children often start school when they are just three years old and spend two years in the preschool or kindergarten section of the school before they start Year 1 - first grade - at the age of five or six. When it comes to learning, parents can help with number awareness - being able to recite from one to 10 is not the same as understanding the value and place of numbers. Talk to your child about quantities, for example, five is bigger than two. Concentrate on counting; playing dominoes and simple board games, such as Snakes and Ladders, will teach children how to count while making it fun.
Many parents may experience frustration when their child shows little or no interest in learning to count, to sing the alphabet, and other academic prerequisites that they will need in the upcoming years. Especially frustrating is their tendencey to avoid all instruction in favor of pretending to be monsters, superheroes or even people they know. Parents can be reassured that imaginative play is not merely an idle endeavor with no redeeming values; indeed, experts are now saying that the ability to roll play and pretend may be more important than the ability to count or recite the alphabet at such a young age. Playing imagination games helps the young brain order the world around him or her and teaches the young child how to empathize and interact with others. Instead of trying to redirect the child's energy into activities that they deem more constructive, parents should instead encourage and participate in such games.
